TCIB will provide the appropriate classrooms, furniture, equipment and other resources that are necessary to teach the student. TCIB will continue to provide tuition/training until the end of the course period unless this contract is cancelled. We will provide an appropriately qualified trainer/lecturer for the course We will ensure that the syllabus for the course will be completed during the course duration period. We will provide necessary supervision and guidance to the trainer/lecturer We will provide a timetable for the course, stating days, times and duration of lessons If any scheduled lessons have not taken place because of the absence of a trainer/lecturer or for any other reason, such that the syllabus cannot be completed before the scheduled course period, we will arrange additional lessons to complete the syllabus If any scheduled lessons are cancelled because of a strike, labour unrest, acts of God, or other circumstances not under our control, we will do our best to complete the syllabus, but we cannot be held responsible if this is not possible. TCIB will provide qualified and experienced staff to assist the student with administrative issues related to his/her study. A class will only commence once a viable number of students have registered CANCELLATION – TCIB will cancel your registration and process a refund on the production of documentary evidence that any of the following events have taken place; Death or physical incapacitation of the student Student has fallen ill or has been hospitalised Because we have reserved a place for the student in the appropriate class, which we are not allowed to allocate to another person, we will suffer a loss if you do not pay us. Therefore, you agree that you will pay all amounts due, irrespective of whether or not the student attends lessons for the entire course. In a case when all fees have been paid, there shall be no refund, except in the cases referred to in 12.1 and 12.2 Student will behave in a decent, orderly and civil manner at all times when he/she is at our premises, and that he/she does nothing which may in any way interfere with or prejudice our rights, or the rights of other students or those of our staff Students are responsible for any damage or loss that they have caused to our property or to the property of other students or that of our staff and you will refund us in full for such damage or loss TCIB is not responsible for loss or damage to the property of the student while on our premises Student will ensure, at his/her cost, that he/she has available for use the necessary resources, stationery and any other teaching equipment or consumables which are required, and which are not supplied by us Student agrees that TCIB will not disclose the student’s final assessment result until you have paid us any money which is due but not paid Students are required to be punctual and complete all class work and assignments on time There will be an assessment of the work done by the students during the entire period of the course and awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
